The app serves as a single portal connecting local people to local businesses providing various products and services. Shohoz super is such an app that provides easy access to day-to-day chores. It is a mobile application that allows you to easily complete daily tasks such as getting a ride, scheduling a doctor's appointment, ordering food, grocery shopping, etc. Shohoz gives its service providers economic empowerment to pursue a better life and the flexibility to choose from a variety of services to make life easier.

Challenges faced during the App transition
App Performance & Speed
There were a lot of unused resource assets that were not being used by the app. We took the approach of removing them if they were no longer required. It will not only increase the size of the final apk, but it will also slow down the build.
User Scalability & Server Optimization
Because the app had so much hardcoded text, it caused many issues, including its inability to integrate localization and a drop in performance.
Decrease payroll and infrastructure cost
This was one of the client's primary concerns when we took up the contract as they had spent a lot of money on employees' wages and got the minimum outcome out of it. In addition, as their workforce grew, they had to spend a significant amount of money on infrastructure. All of this had a considerable impact on their overall revenue.
Respond to short-term needs
Clients had difficulty dealing with new needs as they grew and focused on core business activities as required. They couldn't keep up with demand, and their scalability suffered as a result. They needed a team that could react quickly to any emergency.

Our team began the project development phase by gathering requirements from both the client and internally. After gathering all the client requirements, we had a plan to work those out. As the primary concern of the client was payroll expenses, we worked on it. There were improvements made in code structure, code optimization, security, and more. Our developers used the PreferenceUtility class to save or retrieve anything while the application is running in the foreground in terms of storage efficiency.
