Moreover, it has as many as 80 million registered users and 5.5 million subscribers with a current valuation of $16.5 billion. Being such a huge platform with so many users adding daily, our client was in dire need to streamline operations of their platform for which they approached OpenXcell.

Challenges faced during the development of BYJU’s
Less bandwidth to handle customer inquiries
As the application became popular, the number of customer inquiries drastically increased. To address the customers, Byju’s didn’t have enough customer representatives.
Unable to track daily activities conducted by sales representatives
Since there were no analysis reports generated to track leads, it was difficult to carry out sales activities.
No tracking system was available for the logistics team
The team was not able to track the shipping status of the orders which made it difficult to trace the deliverables and the delivery status.

BYJU’s didn’t have a proper tracking process and their logistics system too needed to be streamlined. There were no detailed payment reports available for the finance team as well. Given that BYJU’s business was overflowing with customer inquiries, OpenXcell quickly scaled up the team to build a bespoke solution to speed up and streamline their business operations. We simultaneously provided a centralized inventory & order management solution to help sales managers to keep track of the targets achieved. Apart from that, OpenXcell also helped BYJU’s in streamlining their logistics department by defining the workflow and helping them track the shipping status. Third-party integrations like LeadSquared and FreshDesk were made for lead handling and communication. With the help of customized solutions provided by OpenXcell, BYJU’s was finally able to streamline its operations which improved its overall customer satisfaction by multi-folds.
