If you’re already familiar with React fundamentals you can go with React-Native but Google has a very active development team behind Flutter thus it is evolving at a very rapid pace. Flutter is likely to have stable support for the desktop platform soon & the upcoming Fuchsia OS in the future. I personally see that Flutter seems to be the next big thing.
